Minor PAN Card do not have Applicant's Photo on it. Also it have parent's/guardian's signature on it. When Minor PAN is updated to Major PAN Card, it will have Applicant's photo and signature as well. PAN holder details is printed on physical Card. It has PAN number printed on top and contains PAN holder's name, date of birth, father's name. Most important, it also has Hologram which makes it genuine ID proof for its holder.   5. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
  6. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
  7. Aadhaar Card.
  8. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
  9. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
  10. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.
  11. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
  12. Passport.
  13. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
  14. Driving License.
  15. Election Card / Voter ID.

  1. Pension payment order.
  2. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
  3. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
  4. Matriculation certificate or Mark sheet of recognized board.
  5. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
  6. Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or any office authorised to issue birth.
  7. Affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of birth.
  8. Driving License.
  9. Election Card / Voter ID.
  10. Passport.
  11. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.

  20. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
