eSolutionsOrder.com will only accept refunds if the service is not provided. All cancellation requests has to be placed within 3 days from the date of order for refund. However if service is rendered then cancellations are not allowed & non-refundable.
The refund process will be initiated once we have confirmation of the services not provided. Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days. Refund will be issued to same account from which payment is made. Refund will done via NEFT/UPI only.
